This was hands down one of the best excursions we have ever been on. We travel and do adventurous activities often and we would do this again without a doubt. Luis, Paola and Amauri were our tour guides and if you can I highly recommend requesting them for this. They were so helpful, a lot of fun and very informative, we absolutely loved them! We will be back! We could not be more thankful!

Most fun experience during my trip to Puerto Rico! Yanu, Paola, and Luis were amazing tour guides! Really made the trip so much fun. All three of them were fun to talk to, and gave great info about the rainforest. They made sure to take lots of pictures of us! (Super helpful, since you aren’t able to carry backpacks on the trip). They also made sure we were safe (helped us climb rocks, told us which foot to use where, etc). So much fun going down water slides, cliff jumping, and rope swinging into the natural pools! We had a snack at the natural pool (fresh cut mango!), and then brought us to a nice restaurant in the afternoon. Then went kayaking in bio bay. Overall a really incredible day. Highly highly recommend!
Great combo tour!

This experience was great! Loved the fact that we had transportation all day. The rainforest hike was awesome (get ready to get really wet), the Bio Bay was fun, and my husband and I really enjoyed the lunch place they took us to. Overall, fun time!
Hiking, yes. Kayak, no.

I wish that I could give two separate star ratings because there were two components to this. The El Yunque Rainforest tour was awesome—Paola, Jesse, and Luis were amazing! I was definitely nervous about doing a rainforest hike (not a big outdoor girly) but I had a really great time. The hike is absolutely doable, and even for those who are generally “hiking neutral” would enjoy.

The kayaking was not worth the time or extra money in our opinion. First, everything felt rushed and the tour guides seemed in a hurry. We started the kayaking in the complete dark, only to go out to a light-polluted bay where it was difficult to see the luminescent creatures. There was a tarp we could cover ourselves with to see better, but we had approximately 5 minutes to actually do that. The tour would have been cooler if we could have gone through the mangroves while it was light, then went back after dark. Overall, just felt like a gimmick that wasn’t really worth it.

Again-hike was incredible. I would rebook just to do that part of it!
