The rain forest is beautiful. It is worth the trip. My wife and I were amazed by what we saw. Noel took his time and helped us through the move difficult areas.

Very long day but overall pretty good! The communication at the start of the day was lack there of but it got better as the day progressed. Make sure you wear old shoes or water shoes for rainforest! Also clothes to change into. There was no bathroom at the rainforest which was horrible. If you have hard time climbing or going up a hill this is not for you. Be prepared to slip and fall. The beach was nothing special. Very loud and crowded but food was good. Nothing I would do again tho. Night kayaking was good. Still no bathroom and take some bug spray lots of mosquitoes!

The terrain needs to be explained in great detail so novice hikers and hikers with heavier build can be aware of the physical demand of the activity. The experience would have been better if the tour group had comparable individuals with the same capabilities.
The tour guides did their best to assist everyone who were challenged on the hike, unfortunately, we had a lady who injured her ankle, this took away from the experience. However, Immanuel the tour guide, did his best to attend to the injured hiker without taking from the experience for others.
