A cultural delight unlike any other!

Experience life from centuries ago on an unforgettable walk through Old San Juan. With stops at the original gate to the city, her oldest fort- Castillo San Felipe del Morro, two 16th century cathedrals, and La Fortaleza mansion, to name a few! We will navigate both the streets and tales of conquest and perseverance which are woven into the fabric of this great city!

Departing Old San Juan, we will take the road less traveled through the picturesque ocean views of Piñones! Stopping at local kioscos, enjoy your choice of authentic Puerto Rican cuisine. Just steps from the ocean, put your toes in the sand and take in this natural coast line.

Upon arriving in El Yunque we will enter a private access point to La Barrigona. Enjoy a casual 10 minute walk through the canopy of the rainforest and arrive at the natural beauty of her river. Watch from a distance, take a plunge, or swing from a rope! There are activities for all level of adventurer!

After departing Old San Juan, we will take the scenic northern coastline on our way to El Yunque! Passing through Pinones we will stop at a strip of culture rich kioscos where guests will be able to purchase food and drinks. Steps from the beach, be sure to take in the scenery of this raw coastline!

Visit El Yunque National Forest! We will take an easy 10-15 minute walk through the canopy of the rainforest in to La Barrigona. At the river there is a rope swing, rock to jump from, or just wade in the water and take in the natural beauty of El Yunque!

I loved this tour because I got to see a bit of everything! We visited several historical sites in Old San Juan by foot, then went to Pinones by car, then had a short hike to the swimming area near El Yunque (with 2 levels of diving platforms and a rope swing!). We even had time at the end for a traditional lunch. My guide Immanel was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. He was on time and ensured every aspect of the trip went smoothly. This was a great way to sample everything the island has to offer in one day (plus, no need to worry about getting Ubers everywhere!)
