Overview

Get ready for a wonderful and unique experience! We will pick you up and spend part of the day on an adventure! We will go to the bottom of one of the many rainforest entrances, park, and begin the 25 min hike.We will encounter natural pools, a rope swing and an additional slide, if you would like. We will then change and head out for an authentic Puerto Rican lunch before returning you to your original stop. Have the best time explore with us!

What To Expect

After pickup at desired location, we will transport you to the foothills of the rainforest where we will hike for approximately 35 minutes to a clear pool complete with a swing and a rope slide. Here we will spend 2 hours and then hike back, change, and continue our adventure to a local, tasty lunch spot before dropping you off at your hotel.

I’m visiting Puerto Rico for the first time and more importantly it’s for my birthday. I had the honor of taking the rainforest tour with H and J. It was the best birthday celebration ever! They are very kind, down to earth people and I love that! I’ll definitely book again in the future. They ensured safety at all times and educated me about the rainforest. Thank you for a lifelong memory and experience!

Everything about this company is AMAZING.
Included in the price is In the start of the day they pick you up, take you to a local breakfast spot, take you to the rain forest and give you a very educated run down of tons of things within and about the rainforest. They walk, hike and swim your thru amazing site seeing spots including a natural waterfall, water slide, man made rope to swing from, rock jumping, a bit of snorkeling, take amazing pics for you so you don’t have to take them all on your own and can get your whole crew in the photos. After all of that greatness they show you thru their neighborhood and their personal home, take you to a mouth watering spot to eat some lunch ( you pay for lunch but very inexpensive) and wrap things up from there. I took my daughter for her 16th birthday trip and we both adored H&J and decided we will be back every other year for a vaca and enjoy their tours and company. Beyond a 5 star rating you would not be disappointed at all.

Best Tour Ever!
10 out of 10 would highly recommend! It was personalized, relaxed and so much fun!
This was the favorite part of everyone in our party of 10’s trip! We are so happy and lucky that they were able to fit our large group in with a short notice! If you’re heading to Puerto Rico, support a small business and get an amazing experience! Heidi and Jose were both so knowledgeable and friendly and went out of their way to make our trip special and helped celebrate my brothers 16th birthday with surprises!

This was the highlight of our trip! We had ages 75 to 13 in our family, and Heidi and Ponce worked with each age to make it the most fun day! With an early morning pickup, they took us to a great breakfast spot! We had never been in a rainforest so we didn't know what to expect, we listened to Heidi's advise and came prepared! They keep our parents safe while providing adventure for us and the kids! Our teenagers said it was the best part of our week long PR vacation! If you are thinking about booking this trip, I would say do it now! It is so worth it!

Our day started with the best tour guide and company
H AND J ISLAND ADVENTURES. We were able to go to Yunque, hike through the rainforest, go to the waterfall’s, slide down into the water, jump of cliffs and learn about the natural environment of the plants in the island.

1) Hedi and Jose “Ponce” made us feel like family! We made long time friends.
2) José picked us up from our AirBNB and took us to a local cafe to have an amazing breakfast.
3) When we arrived to the rainforest, Jose was able to point out difffent plants, trees, leaves, culture and so much more.
4) I was very afraid of heights and today I was able to conquer my fear, thanks to Jose and all his patience with me.
5)My kids had an amazing time and they learned so much in one day about PR.
6)I Love that this company does small groups vs. large groups, because it makes it so personable.

If you want an adventure where your tour guide really cares that you create memories, is patient, caring, supportive and wants you to have an amazing time, then contract this amazing company.
