Vieques Kayaks Bio Bay excursions are guided in clear and semi clear bottom kayaks through the glowing waters of Mosquito Bay, located on the island of Vieques, Puerto Rico. Mosquito Bay is the brightest Bioluminescent Bay in the world! To do our tour aware that Vieques is an island apart from Puerto Rico so you will need to take a ferry from Ceiba or a plane from San Juan or Ceiba and stay overnight at the island. What To Expect

Bioluminescent Mosquito Bay

Paddle the GLOW with Vieques Kayaks Bio Bay! This excursion is located on the island of Vieques, Puerto Rico. Typically, the excursion requires overnight stay in Vieques unless you secure travel by ferry, back to the main island, after your excursion ends. The ferry times and ticket availability can be unpredictable (www.puertoricoferry.com). Our guides will meet you in the neighborhood Esperanza directly across from Rainbow Realty (278 Calle Flamboyan). Roundtrip from the meeting point, the excursion is 2 hours. We provide transportation from the meeting point to the Bio Bay entrance and back. When you arrive to the Bio Bay, you will receive your paddles & life jackets. The guides will take you to your clear bottom kayaks and lead you out into the breathtaking bioluminescent bay. As you paddle, watch for swimming fish and don’t forget to look up at the stars!
