What To Expect

Bioluminiscent Bay
Our USCG certified captain will greet you at the starting point and give you brief safety instructions on the boat. Once underway you will depart from the port and see the colorful seaside houses on the main bay of La Parguera. There we will head to one of the main islands, like Caracoles or Mata La Gata to swim, to explore or to simply enjoy the sunset. As it dark enough we will depart from the island to the bioluminescent bay. We will be in the bay approximately 45 minutes, where you can swim around and see the microorganisms light up around your body.

You won’t regret it!

Beginning to end it was perfect. From the boat ride, to learning about the sea urchins and bioluminescence of the water. The best part was easily when the sun went down and we got in the pitch black water to see the bioluminescent water in action. It was absolutely surreal . Our tour guide was amazing and she was very kind. I highly recommend it for anyone; couples, friends and family. It’s an unbelievable experience and you won’t regret it.
A must do!

Amazing!!! Our trip with my family and another couple. Angel our guide was great and put up with us very well, and informative. We have done the tour in Fajardo, but this doesn’t compare! Everyone was friendly and fun. Bring a towel!!! You are not in a kayak, but on a boat…
Beautiful bio bay tour

Absolutely amazing tour, we had breathtaking views the entire time. Nicole was a great tour guide that provided us with a lot of knowledge about the bio bay and made sure we saw everything we possibly could. I would recommend everyone do this tour on their trip it is a must!
