I'm the person that holds everyone's bags. I had to do this to overcome my fears. The 7 ziplines were amazing. The last one is so with the flight of stairs!! I do think each zipline should have at least a first aid kit for minor things.

Jumping off a cliff 40 feet high had to be the highlight of my day. Ivan made sure we couldn’t think about it and chicken out. But it ended up being a surreal experience I will never forget.

Did the zip line adventure tour and the beast! I am scared of heights and had an awesome time! I recommend looking straight ahead rather than down to help with the fear of heights. By far some of the most beautiful views I have ever seen. All the staff members were knowledgeable and encouraging. Some only speak Spanish, but can use gestures to help you understand directions. There is an option to purchase pictures and videos of your time on the zip lines. There is a gift shop and two places to get food, one of which is a sit down restaurant with an incredible view of the mountains. Definitely need reservations as it can be busy. There are some steep steps to climb on the zip line course. Took about 3 hours to do both activities. The drive is through the mountains so those with motion sicknesses should be prepared for a bit of a rough ride, but it is worth the journey! Also recommend taking sunglasses or goggles when on the zip lines.
